Check-in time is 3 PM (for reservations) Check-out time is at 11 AM on the morning of your departure date. There is a $20.00 late check-out fee that will be charged to your credit/debit card. Any checkout later than 1PM on the date of your departure will be a charge for a full nights stay. If you decide to check-out earlier than your departure date, for any reason at all, you will not receive a refund. If you are asked to leave due to breaking rules or policies, you will not receive a refund. All Trails Inn rooms are NON-SMOKING rooms. If you are caught smoking inside the room there will be $100 extra charged to your card or lose your deposit, be asked to leave, and you will not receive a refund on your room. Trails Inn Motel asks that you please keep your room door closed. Trails Inn Motel asks that you do not use wash cloths and towels to clean off mud, shoes, etc. All ruined/stained wash cloths and towels will be charged to your card. Trails Inn staff and/or management may enter your room at any and all times to make sure everything is being kept up and taken care of. All non-returned keys will be a charge of $9.00 to your credit/debit card. Trails Inn nor the owners of Trails Inn are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen belongings. Trails Inn nor the owners of Trails are NOT responsible for any injuries during your stay at Trails Inn. We do arrival and departure cleaning only. If you need extra maid services during your stay, it is a charge of $13.00. Any damage to the room you will be charged accordingly. Trails Inn has washers and dryers are located in the vending area on the upper end of the motel.  Please call front desk for maid services. *hair dryers, iron and iron board, and coffee pots available upon request.* Thank you for choosing Trails Inn.
